Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 30, 2026
1. About this Policy

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Policy explains what we collect, how we use and disclose it, how you can access or correct it, and how to make a complaint.
2. Anonymity and pseudonyms
You can deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym where it is lawful and practicable, such as for a general enquiry. To buy tickets, register for events or take part in our programs, we need to identify you.
3. What we collect
Information you give us:
1. Contact details: name, email address, phone number and postal address.
2. Purchase and registration information: billing address, ticket order history and event registrations. We do not collect or store payment card details (see section 10).
3. Communications: messages, enquiries, feedback and other content you send us.
4. Program information: details you provide when applying for or taking part in the "Wanna be a Fighter" challengers program or other contests, such as date of birth, weight, fight experience and emergency contacts.
5. Marketing preferences: your opt-in and opt-out choices.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, referral and exit pages, site interactions and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 11).
Information from third parties: payment processors, ticketing partners, event platforms, marketing providers and background-check providers may give us information about transactions, verification or how you use our Services. We may also collect information from public sources and social media where you choose to interact with us.
Sensitive information. For fighters and challenger program participants, we may collect health information (such as medical clearances, injuries and fitness to compete) and, where required, background or criminal record check results. This is "sensitive information" under the Privacy Act. We only collect it with your consent, or where the law requires or permits it.
4. How we collect information
We collect most information directly from you, for example when you buy tickets, register for an event or program, subscribe to our communications, or contact us. Where we collect information from a third party, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
If we receive personal information we did not ask for and could not have collected ourselves, we will destroy or de-identify it where lawful and reasonable to do so.
5. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
1. provide, operate and improve our Services, including ticketing, event registration and program management;
2. process transactions, fulfil orders and send confirmations and receipts;
3. contact you about events, schedules, tickets, program participation, updates and support;
4. assess eligibility and fitness to compete, and keep fighters and attendees safe;
5. send marketing, where permitted (see section 6);
6. analyse how our Services are used, to improve them and measure interest;
7. prevent, detect and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents and unlawful activity; and
8. comply with our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from government or law enforcement.
We will only use or disclose your information for another purpose with your consent, or where the Privacy Act permits it.
6. Direct marketing
We will only send you marketing by email or SMS with your consent, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every message includes a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
7. Photography and filming at events
Our events are photographed, filmed and may be live-streamed or broadcast. If you attend, compete in or work at an event, you may appear in footage or photos that we use for promotion, broadcast, social media and our website. Fighters and program participants will be asked to agree to this as part of registration.
If you have concerns about an image of you that we have published, contact us and we will consider removing it.
8. How we share your information
We may disclose personal information to:
1. service providers who work on our behalf, such as ticketing platforms, payment processors, email and marketing services, hosting, analytics, and security and fraud-prevention providers;
2. event partners, promoters and venues, as needed for event logistics and ticket fulfilment;
3. combat sports regulators, officials, medical staff and emergency services, where needed for fighter registration, safety or medical care;
4. other third parties, where you have consented;
5. law enforcement, regulators or others, where required or authorised by law, or to protect anyone's rights, safety or property; and
6. a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructure or sale of our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.
We require our service providers to protect personal information and use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers, such as ticketing, email, hosting and payment platforms, may store or process information outside Australia. Before disclosing information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the APPs.
10. Payments
We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors and ticketing platforms, which handle card information under their own privacy and security practices. We keep transaction records, such as invoice numbers, transaction IDs and billing addresses, to complete orders and refunds.
11. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run our website, analyse how it is used and deliver marketing, including through advertising platforms such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar and Google. You can control cookies through your browser settings or any cookie preference tool on our site. Disabling some cookies may stop parts of the site working properly.
12. Security and retention
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
When we no longer need personal information for any purpose permitted by law, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it, unless we are required to keep it (for example, for tax records).
13. Data breaches
If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm to anyone affected, we will notify those individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
14. Accessing, correcting and deleting your information
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. There is no fee to make a request, though we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing access.
We may keep some information where the law requires it, or to complete orders and refunds. If we refuse a request, we will explain why in writing and tell you how to complain. We may need to verify your identity first.
You can also opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link, or manage cookies in your browser.
15. Complaints
If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge it and aim to respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the OAIC at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be on our website, with its effective date shown at the top.
